Crystal Ross holds BA Theology and Catechetics from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She participated in Collegiate women’s soccer at Franciscan University of Steubenville: Throughout her life she's been active in basketball, track and field, soccer, MMA, marathons & triathlons.
She piloted middle school Speed and Agility elective program at St Marks School in Shoreline WA. Crystal launched Mossa Group Fitness Programs at Lynnwood Recreation Center and was selected as a trainer for Mossa group fitness instructors nationwide.
Crystal’s speaking credits include Seattle Archdiocese Theology of the Body presenter with her husband Ed in audiences ranging from small intimate high school retreats to entire high school student assemblies, speaking of their dating failures and wins and illustrating God’s loving plan bringing them back to the discipline and complete selfless love that chastity requires.
Crystal sees that training our hearts, minds, and bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit is a non negotiable, and no different than spiritual training in virtue. She believes that if you show up with un-compromised authenticity and effort, the possibilities of inspiring others to be their best is endless. When not engaging in training exercises herself, you may find Crystal driving one of her nine children to a sports practice, escaping away with her husband Ed on a paddle board adventure, grabbing yet another round of groceries, or attacking the mound of unfolded laundry lurking in her living room.
